When I founded Forgan Solutions, I knew I wanted to break away from the norm – to be different, to boldly stand out in everything I do. I was always taught to call a client “clients” and to ensure the spreadsheet was always more impressive than the service provided.
Did I follow that advice? Absolutely not!
I came up with my own term for my ‘clients’ — because, in truth, you are my ‘Pals‘!
